Job Description Developer: Designing, Application Architecture, Development, Troubleshooting Oracle Database Weblogic

*Description:
*The California Public Employees Retirement System (CalPERS) Information Technology Services Branch (ITSB) Business Applications Infrastructure Services Division (BAISD) has requested assistance from Vendor Name to provide Middle Tier support services. The consultant will be responsible for instructing and mentoring Middle Tier technical staff in the design, architecture, analysis, troubleshooting, review and documentation of products supported by the Middle Tier Section.

*MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
*The Key Personnel must meet the following minimum qualifications:
*Five (5) years of experience: designing/reviewing application architectures, development and test environment management/support, application build, troubleshooting and testing support, script development (Unix/Linux and Shell (i.e. BASH)), J2EE design/development, Oracle databases, Weblogic, TomCat, Apache, Oracle Webcenter Content, and Oracle SOA Suite,middleware/systems integration concepts, approaches and methodologies, as well as a broad understanding of hardware and software components and enterprise integration architectures training and mentoring technical staff
*Two (2) years of experience: IBM Cognos, and Oracle Primavera
*One (1) year of experience: Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite

*DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
*Experience with version control systems
*Experience with automated test tools
*Experience with and/or knowledge of CalPERS application infrastructure including
hardware and software components, products and environments
