Specific Job Responsibilities Investigate and identify problems and user requirements Unit test Applications Develop system documentation and provide assistance with user documentation Support development and enhancement of software lifecycle development processes including waterfall, agile, DevOps Create & assist in quality engineering strategy, test planning and test data management. Requirement Gathering, understands software requirements and get clarifications Understands and follow the master test plan and/ or the project plan Create test cases based on the requirements, test scenarios and other design documents Create test data required for testing and configures the required test beds. Evaluating and selecting feasible solutions and implementing any Test Data Management (TDM) tools such as IBM Optim, CA TDM OR Informatica ILM, RedGate ETC. Creating Infrastructure Planning for Informatica ILM (TD Maxim) environment to implement Test Data Masking and synthetic data requirements Preparing Masking and Self-service Process Plan for TDM implementation Create & assist in quality engineering strategy, test planning and test data management. Requirement Gathering, understands software requirements and get clarifications Understands and follow the master test plan and/ or the project plan Create test cases based on the requirements, test scenarios and other design documents Analyze the applications existing data base schemas and define dictionaries for the masking process Data profiling, cleansing, sub setting and validation and ETL of production copy data to test systems Test data preparation using automated data extraction and data masking and synthetic data Creation Develop test data management strategies and plans to provide optimum, reusable and secured test data solution. Define Test Data Management process for the initial implementation as well as ongoing support. Required Skills & Experience Undergraduate Degree or Technical Certificate. 3 to 6 experience IT Experience with 3 to 5 in Health Care Payer Domain along with 1 + years of experience across various aspects of Technology Delivery and TDM at a project or organizational level including Database technologies Adept in designing and managing Test Data Management (TDM) solutions and framework on Mainframe (IMS & DB2 on zOS) and distributed platforms using various scripts & CA TDM. Proven knowledge & hands on experience with TDM capabilities such as masking, sub setting, synthetic data generation and Gold Copy Have excellent understanding on RDBMS systems such as Oracle, MS SQL Server & DB2. Have hands on expertise in SQL queries, data modelling and data flow knowledge Experience in Data profiling, cleansing, subsetting and validation and ETL of production copy data to test systems Experience in Synthetic Test data creation using automated data extraction and data masking   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
