Improve, operate and monitor our growing application deployments on the cloud platform (PaaS & SaaS) Support application deployments, building new systems and upgrading and patching existing ones through DevOps methodologies Have expert Linux and Network administration skills to troubleshoot and diagnose problems when they occur and trace the symptoms back to the root cause Build automation scripts and frameworks like Chef or Puppet to automate the system and software deployments Must Have Qualifications: Bachelors degree or 4 additional years of equivalent work experience. Minimum of 6 years relevant experience. Must be a strong Ruby developer Some experience coding in Java, Javascript (Node.js) Must know Chef Extensive experience in Linux systems administration and architecture e.g. Ubuntu, RedHat/CentOS Extensive experience with Jenkins, Artifactory/Nexus, Atlassian Suite, Vagrant, Maven, Git Be familiar with Automation technologies such as Chef and Puppet. Hands on experience with at least one of the scripting languages such as Perl, Shell, or Python Preferred Qualificaitons: Be versed in Cloud and Virtualization environments such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Engine, IBM Softlayer Have working knowledge of security standards/setup in the Cloud environment Familiar with Application clustering/load balancing concepts and technologies Preferred experience with Docker and Cloud Foundry Familiar with Agile, Lean, DevOps, TDD and paired programming methodologies Knowledge of Docker and Automated Testing is a plus Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
