Specific goals for the contract resulting from this RFQ include: • Produce software application builds, control code changes, and deploy software to development, test, and production environments. • Collaborate with the Network and Hosted Services team to build and configure software servers and platforms • Build a Continuous Integration wordflow which includes build automation, test automation, code coverage metrics, and automated software configuration and deployment to development, test, and production environments. • Design and build a Continuous Integration metric dashboards • Participate in Troubleshooting and resolving issues in development, test, and production environments. • Collaborate with Scrum team members on software application deployments • Proactive participation in continuous software quality process improvement initiatives Required Qualifications: • Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience • 5+ years of related experience implementing and managing Continuous Integration workflows and automated deployments, • Experience working with software configuration management tools including Git and Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) • Experience working with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Server set up and configuration • Experience working with Database servers including SQL Server and Oracle • Demonstrated experience creating and implementing Continuous Integration strategies and solutions. • Extensive knowledge and experience with scripting languages used to build Continuous Integration workflows. • Advanced skills in modern development processes/tools and developing software through the complete Software Development Life Cycle. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. • Excellent problem-solving skills required. Preferred Qualifications: • Demonstrated experience working with Agile/Scrum team environment. • Experience with cloud technologies and services.
