Job Responsibilities: • Set up, implement, and manage large scale training registration—including attendance tracking and reporting • Support coordination, scheduling, and successful roll out of large-scale onsite training program at three different locations • Assist with mapping out training plans and schedules • Facilitate print and ship of training materials and resources Top Skills: • Effective and timely communication with team members, vendors, and learners • Ability to handle multiple assignments • Knowledge of large-scale training preparation and implementation. • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Flexibility as required for end-user training schedule.
