The Business Analyst (BA) will be responsible for leading and coordinating all activities to strategize, organize, manage, and execute the training effort for both internal and external stakeholders for the transition of ODOTs structure, policies, and operations to OAKS. The selected BA will ensure that the training program is completed on schedule and that the final results meet business, technical, quality, and contractual requirements. Education: 4 year Bachelors degree with a concentration in instructional technologies, instructional design, organizational training, corporate education, or equivalent; a Masters degree is preferred. Technical Skills: REQUIRED: At least 7 years experience in designing, developing, and implementing learning solutions At least 5 years experience hands-on expertise with instructional design software tools At least 3 years experience working on an ERP software project implementation or upgrade project At least 2 years experience with graphic design, report creation, web design, and web based content management tools, methods, and processes At least 2 years integrating and administering social learning and development solutions with learning management systems (LMS) and learning content management systems (LCMS) At least 2 years administering and providing support for virtual classrooms or virtual lab PREFERRED: Current Instructional design certification At least 3 years of PeopleSoft experience   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
