Minimum 3 years of experience developing J2EE web-based solutions 2. Strong hands on experience with J2EE and Spring framework 3. Strong understanding of Object Oriented principles 4. Experience designing solution based on SOA principles & architecture 5. Experience building services using SOAP, REST & POX (plain old XML) 6. Hands on experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware including Oracle SOA, Oracle OSB, Oracle Portal, Oracle Policy Automation is preferred 7. Experience using SDLC tools; RRC(Rational Requirements Composure), RTC (Rational Team Concert) & RQM (Rational Quality Manager) is preferred 8. Excellent interpersonal skills 9. Strong organizational and problem solving abilities 10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 11.
