This Business Systems Analyst IV will provide business and technical analysis support to the ASPEN AFH Project. It is imperative that this resource has expert level skills and experience, enabling them to be immediately effective in assisting the ASPEN AFH Project team. This is a multi-faceted position demanding analysis, writing and other communication skills, and training. A person in this position must be able to carry out multiple assignments with little direction and design and complete efforts independently. Desired Skills & Qualifications Experience developing web-based software trainings using Adobe Captivate. Experience in facilitating business process re-engineering efforts and effectively including the identified process changes in training strategies and materials. Strong working knowledge of the concepts, methodologies, techniques and tools of business analysis and system development. In depth knowledge and experience in current industry best practices and tools in the field of business analysis. Ability to quickly synthesize information, to think critically, view and explain multiple perspectives, and problem solve. Experience working with project teams in an information technology environment. Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Requires a bachelors degree in area of specialty and at least six years or equivalent experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.
