Key projects: This CW will be working to develop pathways for other food delivery methods Purpose of this team: Starbucks Deliver Platform (UberEats), onboarding others Typical Day in the Role: Solution Delivery • Gather, analyze, and document requirements to guide the design and development of enterprise resource APIs as well as the enterprise SOA platform. • Create detailed system, data and process design, architecture and end user documentation to support system implementation efforts. • Clearly define and communicate functional design specifications. • Facilitate and collaborate on iterative solution design. • Coordinate solution delivery activities across teams and vendors as required. Coordination/Leadership • Effectively facilitates and negotiates through challenging situations • Interfaces across all organization levels comfortably with internal business customers, technical support resources, and external business partners • Leads and influences groups though effective decision making • Relates delivered designs and solutions to broader organization strategies and objectives Interaction level with team: • Collaborative with heads down work Candidate Requirements: • Requirement elicitation and analysis experience – 5-7 years • Solution design, testing, and implementation experience – 5-7 years • End user support and documentation experience - 5 years • System integration or API experience – 2 years Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities • Skilled in the utilization of system development methodologies throughout the full project lifecycle. • Ability to identify/define viable technology solutions delivering required business capabilities. • Ability to develop clear, thorough functional design specifications that drive effective solution development. • Strong analytical and problem solving skills. • Ability to effectively utilize available tools and resources (internal and external) to resolve issues. • Ability to work effectively in self-directed manner. • Strong oral and written communication skills enabling the persuasive presentation of proposed solutions. • Ability to collaborate and drive consensus across a diverse group of stakeholders with conflicting priorities. * Retail industry experience preferred Top Candidate Skills · Data Modeling- Inspect current data models (where do APIs come from, etc) 5+ · Strong communication skills 5+ · Great understanding of APIs and SOA platforms 5+   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
