Facilitate User Acceptance testing, including the coordination with the business to their test approach, document issues identified by the business, and work with development to resolve issues. Creation of defects with sufficient information required for development review and monitor issues through resolution Track and report testing progress, including testing results, test coverage, defects statuses Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with the Project Managers, Business Analysts, development team and project stakeholders Self driving Provide leadership and mentoring for junior QA Junior Candidate (1): Manual testing in a waterfall environment.
