Reviews the development, testing, and implementation of security plans, products, and control techniques. Investigates and recommends appropriate corrective actions for data security incidents. Provides security consulting and project management services on highly complex information security projects and issues. Identifies security risks to the organization and ensures that appropriate data security procedures and products are implemented. Maintains an awareness of bank security policies and government regulations pertaining to information security. Identifies regulatory changes that will affect information security policy, standards, and procedures and recommends appropriate changes. Leads and directs less experienced staff.: 7+ years of information security administration experience. Managed Resource Job Responsibilities • Consult on secure designs and develop testing strategies, methodologies, and analyses for fast a pace security consulting risk environment • Articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management • Identify and evaluate trends and provide resolution • Interface with the Team and others in the Group • Develop SharePoint capabilities to address work assignment, prioritization, and evaluation along with specialized needs for key initiatives • Develop metrics and tracks/evaluates performance of processes, programs, services, and initiatives along with team utilization • Develop reporting mechanisms to accurately present key data and trending analysis to stakeholders and Management • Train and educate Team Members on use of SharePoint sites and Reports. • Identify training opportunities; designs/coordinates the development of training materials; delivers or coordinates training courses Desired skills • Knowledge and understanding of Information Technology and information security risk management • Knowledge and understanding of information security risk assessment procedures, risk mitigation or remediation • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization • Information Security Tools Development with Unix and Windows experience • Understanding of internet, mobile (including tablet) tablet technology • Knowledge and understanding of application development in a banking environment • Experience consulting with internal Team • Ability to work independently • SharePoint expertise to include development of tools and reporting utilizing the SharePoint and Microsoft Office tools (including InfoPath) • Experience developing formal reporting mechanisms utilizing tools such as Tableau, Cognos, or other Business Intelligence software • Experience with Confluence and Jira software • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) including Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Project skills • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
