I have one more slot to fill so just need one candidate. 5+ years experience; Responsible for the development of technical/software requirements: including: planning, prioritization, and traceability to downstream, upstream, and cross functional efforts. Ensure technical/software requirements meet the businesss needs through a documented logical solution that is guided by the architects vision. Analyze the business needs/problems to ensure all solution components developed or modified fit as intended into the current business and system architecture. Responsible for facilitating and defining solution concepts, guided by Architect vision, for development. Conceptual solution design including integration points, data analysis, configuring, mappings, relationships, and conversion rules. Conduct source system data analysis. Provide interface requirements (system and UI). Provide support to all testing efforts. Support downstream disciplines to ensure requirements are understood and met. As needed, perform business requirements with supporting artifacts (e.g. business process modeling, business rules analysis, business object modeling). New projects are underway. 1st project is called manual rates. These projects will support the actuary dept. Need to implement new rates changes. Will conduct analysis on if theyll continue to use their legacy system or a new tool. This person will need to help outline how to do that and help with implementation. 2nd project: rating capabilities. Similar to the first, but on the quote side. Understanding the process that currently exists, the pain points, gaps. Determine what tools theyll be using. Will outline a number of features. Will split their time 50/50 between both of the projects. Must have data analysis skills, need to be able to run queries. Work with data to follow the rules and conditions that have been set. Wants them to understand the business needs. Must be able to show how theyve reviewed clients needs and implemented. Experience analyzing vendor solutions. Must be able to work independently. Quoting experience is preferred, not required. Iterative process. Face to face with hiring manager, then 2nd with team. First must be in person.
