Experience working with branch equipment and coordination between various groups for new location installations is desired. Must be a self-starter with ability to take direction and work independently while also working in a team environment. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Location Tracking – Track current and upcoming schedules of new retail locations, maintain a dashboard of implementation dates. 2. Equipment – basic understanding of branch equipment, including ordering, tracking, and movement of equipment in relation to new retail locations. 3. Implementation Schedule Tracking - Ability to keep project team on task based on an agreed schedule, monitor and report progress and issues to various audiences. 4. Coordination – Ability to work with a variety of areas to document and understand requirements. Also, have an understanding of impact when dates or requirements change. Other Minimum Requirements 1. Documentation - Ability to understand, review, and create Requirements from the business, IT, and infrastructure areas. Also, have the ability to create and update existing documentation of processes and procedures. 2. Meeting Management and Facilitation Skills – Ability to manage and facilitate meetings with business areas, project groups, and technical groups to gain approval, resolve issues, and meet overall project goals. 3. Priority Management – Ability to managed priorities across multiple projects, phases, and tasks. 4. Sense of Urgency - Possess a sense of urgency to drive their tasks as well as others. 5.
