MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel Microsoft SharePoint and/or Jira Confluence Proven writing ability for creating and editing content Strong written and verbal communication skills Familiarity or experience with IT Security concepts Desire and willingness to learn and work in IT Security Ability to work in a collaborative and fast paced environment Any IT Security skills, such as, SIEM experience is a plus Education/Work Experience: Recommended Associates Degree in CIS or Communications. Intermediate level knowledge of MS Word, MS Visio, MS Excel, and MS Access required. Experience developing technical documentation is also required.
