This team exists to provide automation capabilities and effective systems management services that enable the department to support and manage the personal computing platforms for the enterprise. They are responsible for the administration and support of technology solutions and capabilities that directly enable the portfolio of services provided by Workplace Services. Specific responsibilities include: Administration of reporting and KPI definitions for all managed infrastructure tools and systems (including thresholds and remediation process identification/accountability). Administration of dataset definitions for all managed infrastructure tools and systems (including documentation and identification of accountability). Daily/Weekly/Monthly scheduled execution and review of standard operational reports including the analysis needed to demonstrate the growth/progress of the value of technical solutions. Collaboration across teams(s) to define and document new KPI requirements. Collaboration across team to audit and recommend KPI definitions for modification or archival. Required Skills: 4+ years experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Passion to drive consistency and attention to detail Ability to clearly document technical KPI definitions Strong Documentation and Service Management skills, including familiarity with ITIL Data Analysis experience KPI/Dashboard design and reporting experience. Demonstrated experience leveraging Excel PowerPivot and the managed data model Demonstrated experience performing Data Testing, including certification that data is fit for purpose. Demonstrated experience with SQL 2012 query creation and SSRS report creation Desired Skills: Data Warehousing Requirements Gathering SharePoint administration, specifically experience with site page creation and the Excel Web Services web part.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
