Projects will be defined within the program in which they work. At a summary level, the projects will consist of the design, development and delivery of various customer solutions. The PM will plan, organize and control all activities associated with the implementation of assigned projects of varying sizes. This individual will lead project teams following Agile practices and work closely with clients (internal and external), technical personnel and coordinate across functions to ensure on-time, on-budget, and in-spec delivery of the projects. This position is responsible for creation and tracking of project plans, running status meetings, gathering project materials and information and integrating Agile practices into project teams. This position is also responsible for maintaining all FOS division project reporting using the FOS PMM processes and tools. Solid experience in software project and program management, process documentation and reporting, and documentation is required along with excellent communication skills. Able to speak to external customers and represent the company in business settings as needed. RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Completes small scope solution building and technology related projects. ? Responsible for identifying appropriate resources needed to accomplish task and developing schedules to ensure timely project completion. ? Participates in strategic planning sessions with both client and management to determine the scope and objectives of each project. ? Responsible for obtaining assistance from peers on specific project milestones, when necessary. ? Resolve day-to-day operational problems and conflicts. ? Recommend improvements to systems and procedures. ? May manage small scope projects, or a portion of a large scope project. DECISION MAKING/PROBLEM SOLVING ? Applies existing guidelines and procedures to make varied decisions within a department. ? Uses sound judgment and experience to solve moderately complex problems. ? Uses some independent judgment to identify problems and recommend solutions RESOURCES MANAGED ? Provides some supportive advice with limited impact on the use of resources. ? Impact on resources is limited to assigned department. ? Plans events that occur weekly. ? Mentoring of the Conversion Installation Analysts is expected. FUNCTIONAL AREA SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE: ? In-depth application and industry knowledge, customization, interpersonal, writing, decision making ability, client focus. ? Work is somewhat complex and requires moderate analytical ability. ? The ability to interact with external and internal clients for the purpose of data gathering and discovery ? Strong organizational skills ? Strong written, verbal and non-verbal skills ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Perform broad and challenging professional implementation tasks to ensure implementation projects for new and existing clients are processed expeditiously and accurately. Satisfactory performance requires considerable implementation and conversion skills and very good knowledge of implementation technology and methodology. ? On-going performance of multi-tasks requires dedication and focused concentration for extended time periods. ?
