This developer will work as part of a team to develop and enhance applications using web technologies such as ASP.net MVC and databases such Oracle, SQL Server, and DB2. As a programmer analyst the incumbent will work directly with lead technical staff to design, code, test, and implement new and existing web applications. Project duties will also include implementation activities such as testing and quality assurance, and development of documentation and help screens. Knowledge of child care programs, prior experience with the Wisconsin CARES system and familiarity with State of Wisconsin application systems, procedures, and development standards is preferable, but not required. Familiarity with the YoungStar application is a plus.
