Complete Description : Client is in need of a highly experienced Business Analyst 2 to assist the Bureau of Information Technology (BIT) in gathering and documenting the requirements necessary to support the scanning and indexing of vital records documentation, such as birth and death certificates. Additionally, this resource will gather/document requirements from DOH staff to provide for online reporting and retrieval of the scanned documentation. Role Description : * All roles specified in BA1 plus additional work experience and job knowledge. * This resource will report to, and be supervised by Bureau of Information Technology (BIT) staff. Tasks may include but are not limited to the following : • Gather and document requirements to scan/index DOH birth/death records • Gather and document requirements for an online interface to the scanned records. • Gather and document requirements to integrate the scanned documents with the PADOH DAVE system. • Performing knowledge transfer to DOH staff. • Provide weekly status reports to BIT management Preferred Education : 4 year college degree or equivalent.
