Conduct data analysis of business needs and develop business requirements documents and wireframes. Create business documentation such as business Requirement documents, use cases, swim lanes, process documentation that detail the system requirements and deliverables. Work closely with project team members to communicate the business requirements to the technical team to develop system. Create and execute test scripts, scenarios, and test plans to validate business requirements. Coordinate testing with QA staff as needed. Preferred Qualifications: Analyzes an organization or business domain (real or hypothetical) and documents its business or processes or systems, assessing the business model or its integration with technology with distinct deliverables to a solution. (84+ months) Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. Mandatory Qualifications: 84 months of experience with all phases of application specifications development including creating business requirements documentations (BRDs), mockups/wireframes and flow chart. 84 months of experience soliciting system/functional requirements utilizing JAD sessions, client interviews, focus groups and subject matter experts. 60 months proficiency using SQL for testing and analytics. 60 months of experience coordinating testing efforts and documenting test plans. 36 months of experience creating wireframes and/or mockups to assist development team with interface enhancement planning. 18 months of experience using an issue tracking tool   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
