**CANDIDATE MUST BE A US CITIZEN

Provide IT service support through monitoring and troubleshooting computer systems, networks and related infrastructure in a 24x7 data center environment. Work under direct supervision from shift supervisor or manager. Troubleshoot problems; correct or escalate as appropriate. Prepare and update documentation, configuration files and system logs. Perform/monitor backups, processing of campus IP/DNS requests, equipment installations, provisioning of virtual, machines. Maintain current knowledge of new technologies and changes within systems environment. Respond to data center emergencies including but not limited to power outages, cooling failures, and fire. Be familiar with enterprise UPSs, data center chillers, and basic electrical engineering concepts.
