Engagement with a focus on the migration and adoption of Customers existing Business Availability Center (BAC) Scripts to the upgraded Business Service Management Environment. The work will be executed in the following four (4) phases: 1. Planning and Design 1.1. Complete an assessment of existing library of BAC scripts 1.2. Review and modify current script knowledge documents in preparation of the migration to BSM 1.3. Review the interdependencies with SiteScope monitoring 1.4. Document Current SiteScope monitoring 2. Migration of Scripts to BSM Development Environment 2.1. Checkout Current Script from BAC 2.2. Re-Record/Re-Create BAC Script(s) in Vugen 11.5 or current version. 2.3. Standardize Transaction Names, script names, parameters and application name 2.4. Troubleshoot and correct any potential related issues with script migration and execution 3. Deployment of Scripts to BSM Production Environment 3.1. Upload up to 150 Scripts into Production BSM instance 3.2. Model Application In BSM 3.3. Create/Modify/Correct Script Documentation 3.4. Identify and Document Application Name from CMDB/App Catalog 4. Post Production Support 4.1. Work with Customers Admins to provide two (2) weeks of support after production rollout of the migrated scripts 4.2. Provide mentoring on setting up new OMi Business Service views, guidance on graphical reporting capabilities and create OMi event notifications for Customers corporate email DELIVERABLES BSM Scripts Definitions Document a knowledge document detailing the use cases and purpose of up to 150 scripts BSM Scripts Definitions Document Completion of production migration of up to 150 new BPM monitoring in OpsBridge Complete migration of up to 150 existing BAC 8.x monitoring scripts, with updated integration to HP OpsBridge (OMi)   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
