This role requires an Analyst skilled in data, reporting and analysis best practices and technical concepts and the ability to apply that knowledge to create and deliver data sets, metrics, reports, and dashboards (along with documentation of solutions developed). Specific technical skills required in Microsoft Power BI, Alteryx, and SharePoint Lists* Candidates must have the following experience: #1 –Power BI #2 - Sharepoint list #3 - Familiar w/Alteryx The initial interviews will be an an on-site interview, if local, if not phone interview. 1. Complete Business-level KPI scorecard/dashboard in PowerBI for SALT BOSC (Business Operations & Supply Chain). 4 out of 12 are still under construction. 2. Maintain SALT BOSC dashboard and ensure data is refreshed monthly. 3. Automate sourcing of data for the SALT BOSC dashboard to reduce/eliminate manual steps/touch-points. 4. Work with Business Functional Leaders to determine what metrics to include in the detail pages behind the 5 groupings of KPIs on the dashboard front page. In some cases this will be a more detailed visual breakout of the main KPI, and in other cases additional metrics may be included. Source information for these metrics as needed and create visuals. 5. Create and maintain Documentation to support ongoing use of the dashboard. 6. Create metrics from data within a SharePoint list being used for business planning / portfolio management. Help define reporting/analysis requirements and create additional data fields (and process to populate them) as necessary to achieve those requirements. 7. Maintain ManEx Value PowerBI app and prepare for transition to new owner (document and make more robust as necessary) 8.
