Complete Description : The Business Analyst is responsible for the set of tasks and techniques used to work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies, and operations of an organization, and to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. Roles : * All roles specified in BA1 plus additional work experience, job knowledge, and IIBA certification. * Requirement gathering, requirement writing, developing requirement matrix, assists in test script writing, assist in preparation of a testing plan * Identifying the business and system requirements for scheduled releases * Assist in preparing System Test and User Acceptance Test Cases * Assist in analyzing test results * Maintaining and updating a test outcomes issues log * Identifying application areas where automated test scripts add value * Assist in maintaining a store of test cases that can be used for Regression aspects of testing * Communicating all aspects of testing with lead project manager and business staff to understand requirements and ensure testing progress * Communicating with project teams in a manner prescribed by the PennDOT Management Team Required Skills : * Requirements gathering * Requirements documentation * Project Management * System test Planning * Meeting facilitation Desired Skills : * Environmental Planning * Highway/Bridge Planning * PennDOT Experience Education : 4 year college degree or equivalent and IIBA-certified Business Analyst.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
