The individual in this position will represent and lead the BCS-SSDS team on many projects in BCS to support our FY2020-Project SLAs. The position will need to be both a project manager and business systems analyst on certain projects. The project manager will lead projects teams working on multiple platforms to include mainframe, client-server, browser-based projects and provide support for child-support agencies/tribes in Wisconsin. The individual will work in conjunction with the BITS KIDS, BITS-BI, SSDS, and BCS sections to resolve business problems from our Cherwell/KidPol systems. The individual must have strong project experience, team engagement and great communication skills to be successful in this role. The individual in this position will: a) Be the face representing the child support program on multiple Waterfall and Agile projects. b) Responsible for overall project management on all aspects of the project, develop project charters, work plans, deliverables and project artifacts. c) Work closely with the project sponsor and BCS System Support and Development Section Chief to understand and prioritize project tasks and assist with resolving complex technical issues. d) Understand business objective and work with related teams to facilitate resolution when problems are identified. e) Assume a leadership on the project team and coordinate the work of the project team to meet project milestones and deliverable schedules. f) Possess 5-7 years of project/program experience leading large and complex projects on multiple platforms.
