Professional Experience: 4 years min experience designing, developing and implementing interactive e-learning programs / courseware Experience with instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles. Proficient in all aspects of training development and delivery, including curriculum design and development, project management, implementation strategies, measurement, needs analysis, and facilitation. Proficient in instructional design principles for distance learning including curriculum development, instructional strategies, course materials, assessment techniques, appropriate integration of instructional technologies and best practices. Experience with using Learning Management Systems (LMS) for eLearning distribution. Understanding and experience with SCORM / AICC standards Must possess a creative approach to eLearning design that engages target audiences in learning. Proficient with incorporating graphics, animations, digital audio, video, other multimedia elements & interactivity to support teaching and learning. Work with a variety of media including: photography, illustration, audio, video, CD/DVD, and internet related tools Must possess a well-developed design aesthetic or demonstrate abilities to produce exceptional experiences with limited design direction. Ability to create custom graphics, animations, user interactions and/or graphic design experience desirable Experience managing and successfully executing technical QA practices across all content or courseware produced Experience in managing complex e-learning projects helpful. Applies knowledge and skills to a wide range of standard and non-standard situations Works independently with minimal guidance Usually determines own work priorities Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of adult learning theories and concepts; instructional design theory and methods, various instructional methods and delivery options; measurement and evaluation theory and methods, various software tools used in instructional design and training vendors and resources Conducts medium to large-scale needs assessments and audience analysis projects requiring multiple data sources. Incorporates data into course design for complex courses. Manages multiple design projects with minimal definition. Uses in-depth knowledge to select instructional techniques and defines and sequences instructional content Independently creates instructional materials and products Independently evaluates and assesses instructional programs using Kirkpatricks four levels of evaluation Through research, identifies external vendors to meet specific business needs Uses in-depth knowledge of graphics, audio, video editing, animation and e-learning authoring software programs to develop and deliver training products.
