Information gathering, planning, and management of requirements and needs for a content management system, including planning tasks for graphical design, implementation, configuration, content delivery, training, and knowledge transfer project. B. Implementation of a Drupal or other CMS site in a third-party hosting platform (to be identified by OMES-ISD) with the major content categories. . Design, mock-up, and implement a graphical design and teestmplate sets for the site. D. Assist with the addition of content into the site. E. Train and support the users of the site after implementation. The following deliverables will be required during the project: A. Requirements gathering and Project management 1. Project Plan 2. Design and Layout requirements documentation B. Design Phase 1. Design Documentation and Strategy 2. Mock-ups and other graphical elements 3. Site layout, content organization schemes, etc. 4. Sign-off by the business. C. Implementation 1. Configuration, installation, and implementation of basic CMS framework 2. Implementation of graphical design into required template system. 3. Configuration of template, content sections, etc. 4. Loading of POC (Proof of Concept) content for business review and Knowledge Transfer 5. Sign-off by the business D. Content implementation Support and Assistance 1. Major Knowledge Transfer and support during primary content creation phase. 2. Adjust needs, template, and components of site as needed. 3.
