SAP Business One Solution Architects Job Responsibilities: - Responsible for reviewing the ERP needs of clients and designing the most effective SAP Business One and related applications solution - Consults with customers across multiple industries, multiple disciplines, and multiple locations to develop an architecture that supports and enhances performance-driven ERP goals - Demonstrates proficiency in areas of business continuity, security and data privacy; ensures systems are designed and built with appropriate levels of protection - Prepares and maintains detailed documentation regarding clients business processes, requirements, data sources, design documents, data flows, reporting, communication structures - Responsible for architecture, analysis and design activities with the project team including establishing project objectives, scope and implementation blueprint consistent with best-practices strategies - Performs necessary research regarding Add-on applications - Identifies and evaluates new technologies that can provide competitive business value and marketplace advantage; consults with customers to develop technological assessments and vendor due-diligence; assesses new technology return, readiness, risks and relevance - Makes recommendations to improve operating efficiency and functionality of assigned systems areas - Creates functional plans which work within the clients implementation budgetary guidelines and validates project effort - Communicates clients needs to programming teams designing and developing applications, services, modules, or enhancements - Works with project teams to prepare and maintain complete programming specifications, functional design, as well as detailed technical design documents - Provides technical and functional expertise, guidance, and direction to staff of the project teams - Consults internal teams with regards to current performance and future development and strategy - Reviews and improves the productive applications on a regular basis and identifies improvements in performance and costs - Maintains a high degree of knowledge on current technologies and tools Solution Architect Skills and Experience: - Minimum of 10 years overall related experience - Managed a technical team through multiple implementations and/or upgrades - Hands-on deep experience with SAP Business One v9.2 - Hands-on experience with Crystal Reports (queries, views, etc.), Report Layout Designer, SAP Dashboards and Cockpits - Knowledge of integration with ERP, CRM and accounting systems - E-commerce, web forms experience helpful - Must have demonstrated the ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective Travel:Yes   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
