The consultant is expected to have in-depth technical knowledge and experience with Windows 2012 server administration, Windows 2012 Active Directory (AD) and domain services, VMware vSphere v5.5/6.x and Microsoft O365 and Exchange 2010/2013/Exchange Online. The consultant will be heavily involved with current enterprise projects, such as AD Redesign, O365/Exchange Online cleanup, Skype for Business implementation, and Exchange 2010 Decommission, etc. *Required Skills: *Must have a minimum of five (5) years experience performing architecture quality assurance for complex projects and initiatives; performing enterprise applications integration (EAI); defining and developing shared services architectures; designing and developing component architectures; and/or defining enterprise technology architectures; at least three (3) years of said experience must have been at a high level both technically and in measure of responsibility. *Must be able to review major application development and integration efforts to provide impact analysis. *5+ years of comprehensive and practical experience in Windows Server 2008/2012 R2 administration and VMware vSphere 5.x/6.x; *5+ years of comprehensive experience designing, implementing, maintaining and supporting Microsoft Windows Server environments with Windows Active Directory 2008/2012, Windows clustering, DNS and DHCP; *Expert knowledge and demonstrated experience in the following areas: o AD Application Mode o AD Federation Services o Identity Lifecycle Manager o Active Directory Rights Management o Trusts and Group Policy Objects (GPO) o IT operations and optimization (Windows Powershell Integrated Scripting Environment) o Core Windows Services and Protocols o Windows Security Architecture Certificate Services o Clustering and Load Balancing o SQL Always On Core Networking Protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.) o AD Replication Schemes, Directory virtualization, Authentication providers (NTLM, Kerberos, Claims, Etc.) o LDAP query language o Backup and recovery of AD systems o O365/Exchange Online/Azure Cloud services management o Exchange 2010/2013 *Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a demonstrated ability to achieve high customer satisfaction in high pressure environment *Proven experience working on projects through the entire project lifecycle, while maintaining high customer satisfaction *Desired Skills: *Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE): Windows Server 2012 *Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE): Messaging *VMWare Specialist: Data Center Virtualization *Experience with MS SCCM/SCOM *Principles of ITIL *Experience with F5 load balancers *Understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
