Fiserv is in search of an entry level Implementation Analyst to work in conjunction and support of its Nautilus ECM Product Group located in Lake Mary, Florida. The ideal candidate must possess 5 years of installation field experience in any of the following industries: BANKING/FINANCIAL SERVICES, DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT, ARCHIVAL SYSTEMS, VENDOR SERVICING, DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT INDUSTRY, STORAGE MANAGEMENT, SYSTEMS INTEGRATION or as an ECM RESELLER. The candidate must have the ability to communicate highly technical concepts to a non-technical audience. OnBase experience is required for this position. In addition to technical and field experience, this candidate must have demonstrated customer service and project management experience. PMP certifications are a plus. Candidate must be an independent and highly motivated worker with exceptional organizational skills. The role will require demonstrated capabilities in the design, development and implementation of ECM solutions which will support internal and external clients in driving business process improvement. Candidate Proficiencies should include: • Ability to lead analyses required to assess efficiencies and inefficiencies of existing business processes. • Capable of creating infrastructure diagrams to establish and analyze technical solutions/environments • Competence in identifying process improvement opportunities, defining project plans, and partnering with project teams focused on process/operation improvement. • Demonstrated ability to effectively gather information in collaborative discovery sessions with the intent of providing valuable feedback to project teams • Ability to communicate Technical Concepts effectively and produce technical documentation • Competence in managing multiple projects simultaneously with a strong results driven orientation. • Experience with Information and Network Management (e.g. Integration, infrastructure, firewalls, servers, associated hardware and software). • Relevant experience in the use of ECM, COLD, Scanners/Scanning, IP, Doc Management, Electronic Forms Requirements: • 5+ years ECM related experience. • Holds Nautilus and/or Hyland OnBase Certification and other certifications that may include: CDIA+, MCSE, MCP, Datacap, AnyDoc or AIIM Certifications. • Experience with Workflow and Business process improvement development is a definite plus • 5+ years of technical experience to include: Systems Administration with Windows 2008 or 2012 server and some familiarity with Windows 2003, workstation experience with Windows XP, Vista and 7 WS • Position requires the ability to install Windows Server 2003/2008/2012, as well as third-party Windows 2003/2008/2012 applications. • Must be proficient in writing Batch Files, SQL Queries and related Syntax. • 5+ years of experience in software problem identification and resolution as well as relational database administration experience using SQL 2005 or higher is required.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
