RESPONSIBILITIES: Research and manage customer related projects and issues Perform configuration management tasks Participate in projects related to new client conversions to production environments and the MPLS network Implement and configure client setup Host/ATM business needs to meet the MPLS requirements perform assigned work through work flow tool as well as manage project requests Follow standard operation procedures utilizing existing and/or proposed system/application protocols REQUIREMENTS: *3 - 5 years experience in the EFT industry and solid understanding of EFT business, operational environment and technical infrastructure *3-5 years of Tandem experience that includes TACL, Spoolcom, Netbatch, Netbatch Plus, Utility programs, LU and PU Configurations and pathway environments *Proficiency in using MS Office, MS Access *Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong Analytical problem solving skills *Ability to multitask in a fast-paced changing environment *Able to work independently within a team model *Detail oriented * Bachelor degree in data processing or equivalent (work experience may be substituted for degree).   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
