The detail description for these positions follows: Works with business partners to elicit and articulate high-level business requirements, capture business needs and develop business cases, use cases, test cases, and acceptance criteria. Assesses the risks of various solutions and prioritizes competing business demands. Manages ongoing relationships with business partner to drive satisfaction with IT. Coordinates project delivery by participating in product backlog analysistest and acceptance criteria walk-throughs, and design reviews to communicate project progress. Obtains key inputs from enterprise architecture teams and identifies solution interdependencies. Engages with knowledge workers to incorporate usability and user interface needs with designing systems. Manages relationships and monitors vendor SLAs. Experienced working Local Government project initiatives; Community Development, Community Services, Public Works, Public Safety, Financial and Human Resources business operations.
