Evaluates business needs, analyzes processes and ensures system documentation reflects current state. Identifies problems and proposes innovative solutions. Worker develops reporting and system requirements. Worker provides system expertise and functional support throughout the application development and application change processes and agency deployment activities, including functional configuration set-ups and prototyping modules in a workshop setting. Worker develops test scenarios and test scripts, executes test scripts and records results using automated test tools. Communicates complex concepts clearly, accurately, and effectively both verbally and in writing. Works with PeopleSoft technical and functional resources effectively. Worker performs other duties as assigned. Required Skills: * Experience performing project management activities on ERP related systems * Experience in process or systems analysis and design work on ERP related systems * Experience developing functional specifications for large projects Experience performing requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation * Experience documenting functional design * Experience developing test scenarios and scripts, performing system testing, and documenting results * Experience configuring PeopleSoft modules * Experience working with application users to prototype PeopleSoft modules in a workshop setting * Extensive experience with highly complex security application requirements * Experience conducting presentations or providing instructor led training classes * Experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 or 9.2 PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 or 9.2 – Payroll, including Commitment Accounting Desired Skills: * Public sector experience (Federal, State or Local Government) * Proficient with the Microsoft Windows and Office products   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
