Job Duties: Define detailed blueprint for developing SAP Ariba solutions including SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing, SAP Ariba Contracts, SAP Ariba Sourcing, SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle and Performance. Perform industry and corporate process implementation across all related applications including SAP Ariba and connected ERP (SAP/non-SAP, On-premise and cloud-based). Use SAP Activate methodology to expedites implementations throughout the customer lifecycle using digitized business and technology processes, guided configurations. Serve as a trusted advisor to customer towards developing the architecture for the SAP Ariba cloud solution with Integration to ERP systems and required middleware. Manage and Implement SAP solutions including SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing, SAP ARIBA Sourcing, SAP Ariba Contract Management, Supplier Enablement, Master Data Governance & Catalog Content. Develop customer-specific roadmap towards global adoption of SAP Ariba Solution, and collaborate on these adoption initiative(s) working with the Organization change management team. In-depth reviews of a customers procurement, sourcing, contract and supplier performance measurement processes, business objectives, and operating model. Architect creative and flexible solutions that maximize customers value and ROI from SAP Ariba by driving process improvements, increased adoption, and solution expansion. Deliver high-impact solution demonstrations to existing customers that demonstrate how SAP Aribas solutions can be tailored to maximize ROI and reduce costs. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables to ensure compliance with current business strategies and spot variances early enough to implement corrections. Work closely with customers as their technical advisor during the implementation phase • Develop a comprehensive project plan outlining all project deliverables including budget, schedule, quality, scope, risk, milestones, stakeholder, communication, resources and Procurement. Ensure scope of project stays on track, provides analytical guidance to project team and recommends actions to direct the project execution towards meeting the schedule and budget. Conduct regular client meetings, gain approval for change management, identify risk triggers, set the expectations, constraints and assumptions clear with the customer. Clearly communicate timelines, project expectations, and status updates to clients. Manage and maintain detailed tracking for multiple client assignments. Ensure deliverables are being met by project participants. Report and escalates risks, issues and new opportunities according to established organization policies and procedures. Collect business requirements, apply best practice design techniques, prepare functional and technical specifications, prepare end user training materials and project documentation. Provide expertise in solution design, functional specifications and technical Specifications and work with technical resources to design and implement system enhancements and customizations.
