Responsibilities include developing and implementing large-scale database applications using standard-based methodologies and tools; researching, designing, developing, configuring, integrating, testing and maintaining new and existing applications, including databases, reports, web applications, mobile applications, interfaces, and 3rd party integrations. The position also gathers business requirements, writes code, writes documentation, performs testing and maintenance while adhering to agile development principles; and provides support and mentoring to other members of the Development Team. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma/Equivalent and six (6) years software applications development experience to include all of the following areas: developing with a relational database such as SQL Server, Oracle or MYSQ, rapid web-based development, using HTML5, JavaScript and CSS3., server-side coding in Microsoft .NET based web technologies (e.g. C#, ASP.NET MVC, CORE, Entity Framework, Web API, Razor), AND at least five years experience in web API development, JavaScript using APIs such as JQuery and frameworks such as Angular, React, VueJS REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES/COMPETENCIES TYPICALLY NEEDED TO PERFORM THIS JOB SUCCESSFULLY: Excellent written and verbal communications skills with ability to communicate verbally and in writing with both non-technical end-users and technical staff A solid understanding of web application development processes, from the layout/user. interface to relational database structures. Ability to perform as a member of an Agile development team. Demonstrated commitment to customer service. Ability to quickly learn and easily adapt to new technologies Highly proficient organizational and time management skills; ability to multi-task and adjust to rapidly changing priorities in order to address/resolve the most critical/sensitive issues in a timely manner. Excellent working knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL.
