This position acts as an application developer and advanced support administrator to ensure that the software is configured for maximum benefit. This role will work closely with business teams. Responsibilities • Develop solutions based on requirements • Analyze business processes and integrate them with Oracle Cloud ERP. • Keep management informed of system decisions and business change impacts • Demonstrate sound project management methodologies in approach to project tasks and deadlines • Maintain documentation of business requirements as they are changed/updated • Develop interface solutions between Oracle Cloud (HCM or Financials) and vendor applications • Develop complex and special ad hoc reports that the functional areas are not able to handle • Troubleshoot systems and data, and generate solutions which may include systems modifications, enhancements or new procedures • Serve as tier 3/4 application support for issues that are considered technical or system errors and cannot be solved by tier 1/2 support • Design, develop, configure and test systems functionality changes, such as but not limited to creating flexfields, modifying fast formulas, building elements and table setup • Maintain integrations to Oracle Cloud system by troubleshooting Java programs and coordinating with other IT areas who are responsible for file transfers and databases • Report, track, and resolve application related issues with the Oracle support organization • Other duties as assigned by management Minimum Requirements Skills, Experience, and Other Job-Related Requirements: • Bachelors or Masters degree in a computer related field or 5-7 years equivalent experience in a similar position • Three years of progressively responsible experience as HCM or Financials Applications Developer • Demonstrated experience building reports, preferably with Oracle tools (OTBI, etc.)   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
