Summary: The HR support specialist will work with the HRIS Technical Manager to provide data entry and record update support needed to ensure that new employees are properly hired, existing employees are correctly transferred from unit to unit, and general actions required to ensure successful HR processes are completed. Scope of Work/Key Responsibilities: Data entry into GHR, Search Soft or other applicable system. Mass uploads and verification of data entered to change critical data elements for employees (e.g. pay rates) Troubleshooting functional issues with data entry Other duties as assigned Contract Duration: 2-3 Months (end date - 9/15/17) Skills and Qualifications: 5+ years work experience (minimum): Experience with a major ERP product (i.e. Oracle, PeopleSoft, Lawson) Direct/indirect experience with k-12 education (teaching preferred) Strong customer service skills Must have clean criminal record with the ability to pass finger-print background check Must be authorized to work in the Unites States. Must hold a valid drivers license.
