ESB RHEL Web Technologies Tomcat App Server 4 5 6 SOA EAI REST HTTP Developer (Jo   Requirement id 20347 Job title Developer Job location in Washington, DC Skills required ESB, RHEL, ORM Framework, Web Technologies Tomcat App Server 4 5 6 Open Date 25-Aug-2014 Close Date Job type Contract Duration 6 Months Compensation DOE Status requirement --- Job interview type --- Apply    Email Recruiter: coolsoft Job Description Developer: ESB, RHEL, ORM Framework, Web Technologies Tomcat App Server 4 5 6 Senior Enterprise Application Integration/Mule SME- Must be US Citizen - contract can go up to 5 years Serving as a subject matter expert, work with software development teams, systems and software architects to deliver sound, timely technical solutions to complex software integration problems as it relates to enterprise application development utilizing Mule ESB and/or similar technologies Design, develop and support deployment of scalable, reliable, robust solutions utilizing Mule ESB in a mixed, multi-vendor Windows and Linux Sever (RHEL) virtualized environment Participate in design and architecture planning efforts in conjunction with the external partners, other business users or product owners Qualifications Demonstrate proficiency in most of the following areas, with recent (within the last 7 years) experience: 7-12 years of overall software development experience in a client/server, distributed and/or web-based environment utilizing enterprise Java, Sprint Framework, ORM and Web technologies Extensive knowledge of and experience using open source Mule ESB (mandatory), TomCat, Apache, or other similar integration technologies In-depth understanding of SOA/EAI/ESB concepts, SOA Governance, Event Driven Architecture, J2EE design patterns In-depth knowledge and experience with designing, developing and deploying high-availability, clustered architectures in an enterprise setting Knowledge of TCP/IP networking as it applies to engineering and implementation of Java/EE-based applications Strong background in XML/XSL/XSLT/XSD, JAXDB, SOAP, WSDL, AXIS2, HTTP, REST, APIs Knowledge of and experience with Agile SCRUM software development methodology and practices Working experience in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with changing requirements Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience with Linux/UNIX operating systems Education BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems or a related discipline U.S. Citizen and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
