Profiling is the ability to consume data from disparate sources and determine if that information is sufficient to satisfy the business requirements. This includes querying data repositories to determine level of data quality and completeness, analyzing new sources of data to determine fitness, form and transformation rules necessary for merging into target repositories. Solid skills generating SQL queries is required. Experience with Informatica, Hadoop, and IBM data architect is ideal, but not mandatory. Hands-on experience in creating/updating conceptual/logical and physical data models most appropriately needed to satisfy the business requirements. Ability to understand and explain complex data integration and extraction/transformation/load processes (ETL) Candidate having Insurance and Financial domain experience would be a plus. Candidate should have the ability to connect and communicate with people at all levels. Critical Thinking, excellent Communication, Detail Oriented, Team first attitude, Creative and Adaptive. Experience working in an Agile environment using Lean, Kanban and Scrum practices is a plus.
