Job Description Consultant: ETL, ELT, EAI, MDM MITA NIST Agile SCRUM SOA Hitachi SQ

Job Description :

Responsibilities:
? Guide a team and organization using Agile/Scrum best practices, methodologies and values.
? Assess the Scrum maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization;
? Remove impediments or guide a team to remove impediments;
? Facilitate completion of work assignments, assigning, or dictating work assignments;
? Facilitate discussion, decision making, team building and conflict resolution;
? Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information; supporting product managers to maximize return on investment (ROI) and meet the organizations objectives;
? Support and educating the Product Owner, to include, but not limited to grooming and maintaining the product backlog;
? Engage in agile delivery utilizing best agile methodology (i.e. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP, etc.);
? Provide support to a team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example.

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:
? Minimum of seven (7) years experience in a technology field.
? Experience with IBM InfoSphere MDM configuration and deployment within health and human services enterprise
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:
? Minimum of ten (10) years experience in a technology field.
? Understanding of the National Information Exchange Model (NIEM)
? Understanding of MITA interoperability standards, including ASC X12, HL7, etc
? Understanding of the NIST 800-53 security controls framework
? Experience designing, organizing, and implementing data structures, workflows, and integrations between enterprise platforms to ensure the accurate and timely execution of business processes
? Experience implementing SOA technologies and patterns
? Experience defining and developing best practices on data integration/engineering.
? Have established, maintained, and executed an Enterprise Data Integration roadmap, including Master Data Management (MDM) within health and human services enterprise.
? Experience architecting, implementing, and operationalizing data-driven technologies

? Hands-on experience with both normalized and dimensional data models, structured and unstructured data, and hands-on knowledge of data integration techniques.
? Extensive background working with technologies that support ETL/ELT, EDR, and EAI Advanced scripting experience in SQL and JavaScript
? Strong knowledge of database structures, systems, and data mining across multiple platforms.
