Solid track record of deploying and automating into self-scaling redundant infrastructure. 11. Experience working with and enforcing development best practices for big data applications. 12. Set up back-up mechanisms for production environments and test disaster recovery mechanisms. 13. Proven ability to write clear, concise documentation. 14. Cares greatly about automation and has little tolerance for repetitive manual work. 15. High level of problem solving and conflict resolution capabilities. 16.
