Requirements for Lead Datastage Developer: 5 plus years experience IBM Datastage in a data warehouse environment. Knowledge of Datastage modules, select and deploy and integrate appropriate modules and code in complex data environment Ability to translate and analyze functional specifications into technical specifications and create development roadmap Designs, develops and implements complex Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) procedures Maps data between source systems, data warehouse and data marts. Reviews and provides guidance to the development team and recommendations to optimize the data extraction and loading using ETL jobs. Bachelors degree or related equivalent work experience in an Information Systems position or comparable experience. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate information to all levels within the organization.
