This position provides Tech Lead support for less experienced ETL developers, Informatica upgrades, quality reviews for SLC components including S2T mapping, TDD, Code and code promotion reviews. Job Description: Ability to design, test, and implement portions of business and technical information technology solutions through application of appropriate system life cycle methodology. Defines scope, work activities and deliverables for assigned projects. Collects, identifies, defines, and organizes IT requirements. Collaborates with others defining requirements to ensure solutions meet customer expectations. Verify and complete detailed technical design solutions. Participates in business and technical IT solution implementations and upgrades. Conducts code reviews, prepares and executes unit test. Understands and uses appropriate tools to analyze, identify and resolve business and/or technical problems Knowledge and Skills Required: Performing hands-on development work using Windows/Unix scripting, SQL, Oracle and Informatica Understanding of data warehouse concepts such as star schema data marts. Applies sound data integration and warehousing design skills and recommending system improvements Performing source data analysis to develop ETL and/or data delivery solutions that meet business needs Production Support - Investigate issues identified by the customer and work to resolve and communicate regarding issues.
