Drive testability requirements and process changes as necessary to achieve quality goals. Develop, maintain, and execute test scripts and test cases and execute tests to validate new and regress existing features. Prepare thorough and accurate documentation of testing analysis performed. Manage Bug Triage Process and ensure all issues are handled efficiently per process. Provide timely status updates and assist the team in making decisions about release readiness. Participate in all aspects of a full-lifecycle development methodology, and related quality concepts and processes. Performs troubleshooting software/hardware configuration problems. Exposure to automation test creation, execution and automation test script maintenance. Identifies and resolves escalations with emphasis on root cause analysis. Mentor and lead QA analyst(s) and ensure efficient distribution of testing responsibilities. Must be at least 21 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelors degree in a computer science discipline or a comparable level of experience preferred. 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or a similar position strongly preferred. Must have prior experience with website testing. Must have experience with Microsoft Office suite of products. Must have prior experience with test management tools. Experience with Microsoft Test Manager is a plus. Proficiency with MS SQL Server and data modeling concepts. Prior experience with Agile Scrum is preferred. Prior experience with automated testing is preferred. Must have strong organizational, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. Must be a self-starter and work independently with little guidance. Excellent collaboration, reporting, analytical and problem-solving skills. Must have strong customer service, and interpersonal skills. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
