The analyst will partner with leaders and subject matter experts to understand, document, and development solutions to meet their reporting needs. The analyst will also assist with data analysis, data sourcing, and quality reviews in support of the dashboard development. Responsibilities may include: Communicate with management and end users to understand and document reporting needs. Work to identify appropriate data sources for reports. Creation of data Business Requirement and Functional System Design documents Perform ETL work to source data. Summarize data as appropriate in a potential variety of data platforms (Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server). Develop draft reports / mock-ups for presentation and review, with presentation avenues of Excel, Tableau, and/or OBI. Work with end users to obtain approval of documentation and reports, and then work with other Insights and Reporting teams to transition reports as appropriate into a go-forward production environment. Maintain consistency in reporting for all LOBs while still addressing the unique concerns of each, to ensure the ability to aggregate performance at the Total Wholesale level Required Qualifications 6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: reporting, analytics, or modeling; Experience designing and developing complex SQL queries to profile, research and transform data (Preferred experience with Teradata) Experience developing dashboards in a business intelligence tool such as Tableau and SAS Other Desired Qualifications Experience within Wholesale line of business or across multiple diverse business segments supporting analytics and reporting. Strong understanding of how to leverage dashboards and reporting to tell a story and convey complex information in a straightforward manner Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with a wide variety of partners both technical and non-technical Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
