This is a long term contract with multiple extension opportunities. Responsibilities: Develop ETL programs using Informatica and SAS. Develop data analysis and reporting programs. Develop and implement business-testing strategies. Evaluate customer business requirements, and models data and/or system requirements. Analyze and document business problems May lead development projects or sub-projects. May coordinate upgrades and rollouts of projects. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters Degree in technical or business discipline and 5 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Knowledge of business operations, objectives, and strategies as well as business process and information flow. Understanding complex ETL, data conversion and extract strategies. General knowledge of diverse data management technologies and new and current architectures. Advanced ETL programming skills and experience in SAS in order to create, import, transform, format, export, and analyze data files. Intermediate experience in Informatica. Intermediate to advanced SQL skill (structured query language) Intermediate Excel skills and working knowledge of data analysis and BI tools Ability to communicate complex, technical information to a varied audience of technical and non-technical contacts is essential. Works with customers and internal groups throughout the day to service requests, troubleshoot, and resolve issues on a daily basis.
