This position coordinates with the Microsoft Data Base Analyst (DBA) for the existing Wave2Go Revenue Collection System and VRS. This individual acts as the senior agency expert in data report development and implementation and analysis from the Wave2Go data warehouse. Currently these reports are developed and executed using Cognos and SQL Reporitng Services. Adjunct duties also include backup for the production DBA in Seattle, and support specialists for the Vehicle Reservation System. In addition this position requires carrying and responding to a pager 7x24x365 on a rotating basis for the Wave2Go System, Vehicle Reservation systems and WSF data transformation products such as Informatica. *Required Skills: *A bachelors degree in information technology/computer science, *Minimum 5 years dedicated work station support experience. *Minimum of 5 years experience maintaining Informatica ETL software *Minimum 5 years experience in servicing and troubleshooting the software platform components Washington State Ferries Point of Sales Fares warehouse. *Minimum 5 years experience providing assistance in the deployment and ongoing maintenance and support of systems similar to the EFS and RFCS “ORCA” smart card hardware and software . *Minimum 5 years experience providing assistance in day-to-day end-user support for systems similar to the EFS and RFCS “ORCA” smart card hardware and software at multiple remote locations as described above in the Project Description and Scope of Work, and in Exhibit A *Minimum 5 years experience working with and writing SQL queries.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
