L&I is currently seeking 2 contractor staff developers to perform the programming needed to design, enhance, or develop ETL packages, Cubes and/or SharePoint Business Intelligence Dashboards that support the project. *Required Skills: *Contractor staff proposed must have Expert (8 years) experience skills and experience as follows: *SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS) expertise in Kimball designs including: *Full & Incremental Fact Dimension ETL SSIS package development *Slowing changing dimensions of Type 1, 2 & 3 *Creating and processing Surrogate Keys *Creating and processing junk dimensions, bridge tables, and degenerate dimensions *Aggregate tables *Data profiling *Full and Incremental loads *De-duplication of records *Transforming Data *Performance tuning of SSIS packages *Robust SSIS packages with row counts, verifications, notifications, security, runs on test and production servers, ftp, file compression, indexing, constraints, *Drop tables, truncate tables, create and modify tables within SSIS package *SSIS packages executes Script Tasks using Vb.net, and stored procedures *Experience scheduling and deploying SSIS packages by using package configuration as part of an overall ETL framework *Experience documenting unique features of SSIS packages, DB maintenance, programs, and systems *Experience designing and developing with SSAS projects *Experience using Visual Studio Team Foundation Server *Desired Skills: *Experience working with customers to extract detailed requirements; *Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in written, visual and oral formats with project teams, internal and external business and technical representatives, and executive management; *Contractor must be located on site and be able to work team compatible hours; *Experience with L&Is Workers Compensation and Employer Services data and processes. *Experience with Medical Insurance processes.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
