Must be service oriented with strong interpersonal skills with all levels of business and technical staff. • Strong analytical skills that include working directly with business staff to determine sound technical solutions for business requirements. • Strong organization, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • No difficulty in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks. • At least 5 years software development experience including at least 3 years developing large-scale software in a team environment. Must have broad exposure to the software development lifecycle, with experience in analysis, design, solution development and evaluation of alternatives. • Experience in large system application and architecture design • Experience in estimation and target date planning, work plan development and monitoring, development methods/techniques, testing methods/techniques and implementation planning and execution. • Must be a self-starter and self-motivated. Must be able to quickly learn and lead in a new environment. • Experience mentoring in Internet Application development and design techniques. • At least 2 years Eclipse. • At least 4 years of Java Coding Experience. • At least 2 years of, XML, JSP, JSF, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript coding experience. • At least 1 year experience with Spring Framework • At least 4 years of HTML Coding Experience. • At least 2 years experience developing WEB Services using SOAP protocol. • At least 1 year using WEB Services, SOAP Engines ( Metro (JAXWS RI), Axis2, Apache CXF), Spring-WS • At least 2 years experience with JDBC. • Experience with Apache Tomcat • Experience with Digital Certificates/Signatures KeyStore. • Experience with LDAP.
