This resource will also participate in test case creation and execution, and testing process management. * The Business Analyst is responsible for the set of tasks and techniques used to work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies, and operations of an organization. Required Skills: * Four years Experience as a Lead Business Analyst within the past eight years * all roles and responsibilities of a BA2 plus the following: * Experience eliciting, defining, and documenting system an user requirements through observation, interviews and analysis * Experience working with end users to define requirements and provide technical advice in large scale environment * Experience translating customer needs into formal business requirements * Experience analyzing end user needs and conducting fit gap analysis * Experience as a Technical BA on a minimum 2 software development or implementation projects * Experience maintaining a Work Breakdown Structure on a minimum of two projects * Experience in systems process and data mapping , requirements gathering and analysis * Experience with one organization as large as ODPS * Experience transfering BA knowledge to staff * Experience using Team foundation Server as a business requirements tracking tool * Experience interviewging non technical end users to determin and document current business process flows * Experience in VISIO to create business process flows including flowcharts and swim lane diagrams * Experience creating test conditions, test cases, and test scenarios * Experience leading a team of BAs in eliciting, defining, and documenting systems and user requirements * Experience in business Process Re-Engineering * Excellent interpersonal skills both oral and written   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
