Exceptional teamwork is critical to the success of the individual and the achievement of business results. Responsibilities will include: • Working in close relationship with business groups to understand business processes. • Working with and supporting the Monsanto-Business Network and working to develop and manage enterprise solutions to problems that best reduce Monsantos operating costs. • Planning, design, configuration, testing, training of SAP Vistex & SD Module. • Configuration of all of SAP Vistex functionality. • Production support of current sites using SAP Vistex, FICO & SD. • Ability to gather and understand business requirements, analyze and perform gap analysis, provide design options. • Development of Functional Design Specifications and other detailed enhancement documentation to support custom program and reports development. • Cross-functional work with SD, FI, MM, ABAP, Security, Basis, Operations, and other teams as necessary to resolve technical and process issues. • Understanding and supporting integration issues that affect the SD & FI Process. • Identify opportunities for process improvements either in existing designs or by adopting new functionalities available in ECC 6.0 • Search and Implement SAPs OSS system. Required Skills: • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field is required. • A functional/technical professional • At least 4 years hands on experience in SAP Vistex technologies • At least 3 years experience with SAP SD • Expertise in identifying Vistex user exist/ BADI • Experience on vistex modules- Sales Rebates; Incentives; Billbacks • At least 2 full lifecycle Vistex implementations • Knowledge on integration of SAP Vistex with other SAP modules • Experience in SAP ECC 6.0 version • Good to have knowledge in SAP FICO • Should have worked with projects with Agile delivery model with multiple deployments during iteration cycles • Candidate must have a good understanding on ABAP and debugging ABAP programs. • Excellent trouble-shooting ability with experience in assessing problems identified by business users and designing potential solutions. • Strong analytical skills, ability to learn quickly and the ability to manage multiple assignments are required. • Ability to independently drive issue resolution, develop business knowledge and apply technical alternatives. • Excellent relationship and networking skills that would be required to build relationships within the team and outside the team across Business groups and other IT teams. • Balances the big picture with day-to-day activities/issues. Persistent in the pursuit of results. • Self motivated, team player and Results oriented. • Must have demonstrated proficiency in team communication and working as an effective team member.
